About The Position

We are seeking a Senior IT/OT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the implementation of a global OT domain supporting IT/OT separation, improved security, and centralized identity management in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role focuses on strengthening OT authentication, authorization, and infrastructure resilience, while enabling integration with enterprise IAM (MyAccess) and reducing reliance on legacy systems.

Requirements

10+ years in IT/OT Infrastructure Project Management
Strong understanding of IT/OT architecture, security, and identity management
Experience with OT domain implementations and IAM integration
Knowledge of infrastructure technologies (servers, firewalls, LAN/WAN, data centers)
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (GxP, FDA)
Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification
Fluent in English

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of OT infrastructure projects supporting IT/OT domain separation
Implement a global OT domain architecture aligned with security standards
Improve and standardize authentication and authorization controls in OT
Enable centralized OT user and resource management integrated with IAM (MyAccess)
Remove dependencies on legacy and end-of-life systems to increase resilience
Manage stakeholders across IT, OT, Engineering, QC, Logistics, and Security
Control project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables
Ensure compliance with GxP, IT security, and regulatory standards
Provide executive reporting and lead steering committee meetings
Maintain project documentation and governance standards
