We are currently seeking a Hotels & Hospitality Senior Project Manager specializing in hospitality development, renovation & adaptive re-use to join our Project and Development Services team. Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience related to project or construction management.
  • Hospitality, Hotel, F&B, Luxury construction project management experience required.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Detailed oriented
  • Meticulous note-taking and maintaining financial reporting for multimillion dollar projects.
  • Self-starter and able to approach problems head-on.
  • A relationship builder
  • Both verbal and written communication skills are vital
  • Good at establishing relationships with all levels of the organization & external clients.
  • Client-facing role.
  • Tech minded
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of project management technology tools and continually seek opportunities to develop your skillset.

Responsibilities

  • Leading industry changing projects
  • Directly responsible for leading hotel renovations and developments as an extension of the owner’s team.
  • Facilitating critical stakeholder meetings
  • Providing on-site project leadership
  • Applying financial acumen to meet client goals.
  • Issuing RFPs
  • Consultant contracts
  • Monthly invoicing
  • Budgeting & reporting
  • FF&E procurement oversight
  • Driving schedule
  • Conducting weekly meetings
  • Construction oversight
  • Punch list & closeout
  • Creating an energized and collaborative environment.
  • Contributing to the establishment and refinement of work quality, cultural initiatives and best practices to drive results as a team.
  • Developing procedures and winning strategies to guide your team to project execution.
  • Managing client and vendor relationships
  • Contributing to the culture, growth and development of a team by providing onsite leadership to ensure performance criteria and standards are being met.
  • Participating in internal JLL teambuilding and personal growth initiatives.
