We are currently seeking a Hotels & Hospitality Senior Project Manager specializing in hospitality development, renovation & adaptive re-use to join our Project and Development Services team. Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
7+ years of relevant experience related to project or construction management.
Hospitality, Hotel, F&B, Luxury construction project management experience required.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Detailed oriented
Meticulous note-taking and maintaining financial reporting for multimillion dollar projects.
Self-starter and able to approach problems head-on.
A relationship builder
Both verbal and written communication skills are vital
Good at establishing relationships with all levels of the organization & external clients.
Client-facing role.
Tech minded
Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of project management technology tools and continually seek opportunities to develop your skillset.

Nice To Haves

A degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.
Ground up construction experience

Directly responsible for leading hotel renovations and developments as an extension of the owner’s team.
Facilitating critical stakeholder meetings
Providing on-site project leadership
Applying financial acumen to meet client goals.
Issuing RFPs
Consultant contracts
Monthly invoicing
Budgeting & reporting
FF&E procurement oversight
Driving schedule
Conducting weekly meetings
Construction oversight
Punch list & closeout
Creating an energized and collaborative environment.
Contributing to the establishment and refinement of work quality, cultural initiatives and best practices to drive results as a team.
Developing procedures and winning strategies to guide your team to project execution.
Managing client and vendor relationships
Contributing to the culture, growth and development of a team by providing onsite leadership to ensure performance criteria and standards are being met.
Participating in internal JLL teambuilding and personal growth initiatives.
Mentoring upcoming talent.
