Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management
  • Experience leading large‑scale EPC projects, preferably in grid, power, or heavy industrial sectors
  • Proven execution experience with Tier‑1 EPC contractors or owner‑engineers
  • Strong capability in schedule control, cost management, and stakeholder alignment
  • Work authorization to be employed in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end planning, scheduling, and execution of grid integration and substation projects
  • Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables aligned with customer expectations
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and overall financial performance
  • Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and energization activities
  • Monitor project performance using earned value management tools
  • Support contract negotiations, change management, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
  • Communicate clear, timely project status updates to customers and stakeholders
