Responsibilities

  • Meet weekly with regional team (internal JLL and Delta) to review outstanding work orders and active projects.
  • Respond to client requests (acknowledging email received, even if resolution follows) within 24 hours.
  • Maintain schedule and budget updates on projects including Redensifications, seat utilization, re-sets, decommissions and new furniture procurement.
  • Manage, coordinate, and track Work Orders relating to: Reupholsteries, Redensifications, Seat utilizations/re-sets, Decommissions, Inventory/Assessments, New projects.
  • Manage full life cycle of work order for Redensifications/ Seat utilizations/Re-sets/Decommissions.
  • Coordinate with JLL Designer for final design documentation.
  • Coordinate all site logistics and onsite activities as required for defined scope of work.
  • Issue project status reports following completion of field activities to DSC Regional PM and JLL Program Lead.
  • Manage close-out activities for Redensifications/ Seat utilizations/Re-sets/Decommissions.
  • Conduct initial inventory/club intake for existing and future new clubs within your region.
  • Offboard any decommissioned clubs and associated assets from inventory.
  • Assess all sky clubs within your region after hours (2x/year for hubs and 1x/year for spokes).
  • Prepare and issue assessment report to Delta for review and approval, proactively noting items and products that should be replaced or repaired.
  • Issue assessment drawing mark-ups to JLL Designer for as-built updates.
  • Review yearly assessment schedule with Program Lead, on quarterly basis (at a minimum).
  • Ensure accurate inventory of warehouse and coordination of the deployment of assets to/from warehouse.
  • Review scope and coordinate all work and all site logistics and onsite activities for reupholsteries that are not one-off reupholsteries (greater than 5 pieces).
  • Manage reporting tools (decision/approval logs/project status reports/project minutes) for new projects.
  • Receive final, approved bill of material and process for order entry (if applicable).
  • Manage close-out activities for new projects, including creating O&M package from furniture dealer, reviewing for completeness and accuracy, and submitting to Delta.
  • Ensure project is properly maintained and closed out in partnership with the JLL Designer and Project Coordinator.
