About The Position

Michels Construction, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Foundations to join their team. This role is responsible for managing large or multiple smaller projects to ensure profitable operations. The Senior Project Manager will plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to achieve goals within specified timeframes and budgets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team, meet deadlines, and anticipate customer needs. Michels Construction, Inc. works on challenging foundation projects, is an industry leader in geotechnical and geostructural foundation systems, and utilizes state-of-the-art equipment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, or geotechnical engineering
10 or more years of post-college experience
Experience in deep foundations, heavy civil, design build and/or geotechnical contracting experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

Experience with scheduling, estimating and project controls software
PMP, PE Certification

Responsibilities
