This job is responsible for managing complex to high risk cross-functional and/or inter-departmental programs or projects for Line of Business products, processes, functions, and employee readiness. Key responsibilities include partnering with the business to develop a plan to sustain change, evaluate current methods, and drive strategies to implement changes/improvements. Job expectations include serving as the primary point of contact to department managers for critical change initiatives, using tools to document program performance, and influencing stakeholders to make strategic changes. This role partners with Enterprise Credit leadership, Technology, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives focused on data, process, and technology transformation. The Senior Project Manager applies strong collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder influence skills to translate complex business challenges into actionable solutions and executable roadmaps. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with deep expertise leveraging data wrangling tools (e.g. Alteryx), SQL while driving process automation. This individual will partner across business and technology teams to design, enhance and automate data-driven processes, reporting and analytical capabilities. Operating with a strong controls mindset, the candidate will establish and maintain governance practices that promote data quality, reporting accuracy and control effectiveness. The role requires the ability to evaluate and enhance reporting, analytics and control processes while driving standardization, automation and scalability of CreditCenter Conversion capabilities to support future LOB onboarding.
