This job is responsible for managing complex to high risk cross-functional and/or inter-departmental programs or projects for Line of Business products, processes, functions, and employee readiness. Key responsibilities include partnering with the business to develop a plan to sustain change, evaluate current methods, and drive strategies to implement changes/improvements. Job expectations include serving as the primary point of contact to department managers for critical change initiatives, using tools to document program performance, and influencing stakeholders to make strategic changes. This role partners with Enterprise Credit leadership, Technology, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives focused on data, process, and technology transformation. The Senior Project Manager applies strong collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder influence skills to translate complex business challenges into actionable solutions and executable roadmaps. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with deep expertise leveraging data wrangling tools (e.g. Alteryx), SQL while driving process automation. This individual will partner across business and technology teams to design, enhance and automate data-driven processes, reporting and analytical capabilities. Operating with a strong controls mindset, the candidate will establish and maintain governance practices that promote data quality, reporting accuracy and control effectiveness. The role requires the ability to evaluate and enhance reporting, analytics and control processes while driving standardization, automation and scalability of CreditCenter Conversion capabilities to support future LOB onboarding.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Finance, consulting, transformation or reporting/analytics roles
  • Self-starter with a strong controls mindset and demonstrated ability to proactively identify risks while strengthening processes
  • Strong technical skillset, including expertise in SQL, relational databases and development of automated reporting and analytics solutions leveraging Alteryx Designer and Gallery
  • Expertise in simplifying complex concepts, developing compelling narratives, and influencing stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.
  • Demonstrated success managing ambiguity, balancing competing priorities and driving execution through collaboration.

Nice To Haves

  • Presentation and communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership
  • Experience working with Commercial Credit Underwriting, Loan Accounting and Data Domain applications (e.g. GUS, GMS, CreditCenter, WCADS, CRP)
  • Experience developing executive-level presentations, dashboards and strategic communications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Technology, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Defines responsibilities and accountabilities for key project roles and oversees the execution of defined programs and/or project tasks through tracking of deliverables and their statuses, developing project plans, and measuring progress against ongoing key performance indicators
  • Leads the adoption and sustainment of change initiatives and assesses adoption risks
  • Leads remediation requirements documentation efforts based on identified gaps and controls needed for sustained performance
  • Leads and plans programs and projects using appropriate tools and techniques, including Technology platforms used by client facing employees, change management tools, and risk and issue management tools to ensure efficient and effective project completion
  • Develops, maintains, and reports on an overall integrated delivery plan, raising any risks, developing a mitigation plan, and escalating issues appropriately to respective stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain executive-level reporting, dashboards, presentations and communications to inform decision-making and convey progress against strategic objectives
  • Leverage SQL, Alteryx, and related tools to analyze complex data, uncover insights and support business and transformation initiatives
  • Develop and maintain effective process documentation and control frameworks to ensure standardization, accuracy and alignment with enterprise standards
