The Asset Management Design & Construction (AMDC) department is responsible for capital improvements and development of all revenue-generating assets NYCEDC maintains and/or operates. Position Overview: The Senior Project Manager will manage a portfolio of design and construction projects across NYCEDC’s Cruise portfolio, which includes the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal and Manhattan Cruise Terminal. While these assets primarily function as cruise terminals, they also support a range of flexible uses, including office spaces, transportation operations, event programming, and freight distribution. This role requires close coordination with asset managers and other stakeholders to ensure assets are fully operational while advancing capital improvements. The Senior Project Manager will also play a key role in developing and implementing a long-term redevelopment plan for a modernized cruise facility. The Senior Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for managing projects throughout the full development lifecycle, including capital planning, design, and construction, across multiple NYCEDC assets. Project types may include new construction, renovations, major infrastructure, waterfront infrastructure, and public open space.
