Your role Expertise in enterprise software delivery, global program management, digital transformation, deployment readiness, stakeholder management, and Agile execution, capable of successfully delivering complex multi-market technology initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Lead the end-to-end delivery of global Smart Operations and Digital solutions across multiple international markets. This role focuses on software delivery, deployment readiness, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful rollout of digital platforms across web, mobile, kiosk, POS, and in-store operational systems. Drive governance, milestone tracking, dependency management, risk mitigation, and delivery predictability. Coordinate Product, Engineering, QA, Integration, Deployment, and Market teams.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise software delivery or technical program management.
• Experience managing large-scale global or multi-market technology programs.
• Strong background leading distributed teams across Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and Business functions.
• Experience working in Agile and product-centric delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of global Smart Operations and Digital solutions across multiple international markets.
• Focus on software delivery, deployment readiness, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful rollout of digital platforms across web, mobile, kiosk, POS, and in-store operational systems.

• Lead delivery of large-scale Smart Ops and Digital Ordering programs across multiple markets.
• Manage SDLC & Agile Delivery for Enterprise Platform Implementations.
• Oversee API & Middleware Integrations.
• Manage Data Migration, Release Management & Deployment Readiness.
• Utilize Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian Tools.
• Apply Scrum and Technical Program Management practices.
