Senior Project Manager-Data Center Mechanical
About The Position
Hiring for a Senior Project Manager, responsible for managing and leading a team consisting of Project Managers, Jr. Project Managers and Project Coordinators on Data Center projects local to the Pittsburgh market. The Senior Project Manager will lead the team within the established budgets & company guidelines. This is a dynamic position and considered a top position within the operations part of our business, hand-picked to work alongside and move up within the company leadership as a Project Executive upon successful completion of Data Center projects.
Requirements
- 10+ years of prior Project Manager work experience with a commercial mechanical subcontractor.
- In-depth knowledge of Data System, Clean Room, or similar high-tech HVAC, cooling, piping, and plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred in lieu of trade experience.
