About The Position

Rapidly growing mechanical and construction services organization is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects throughout Pennsylvania. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing project execution from pre construction through commissioning while serving as the primary point of contact for owners, contractors, and project stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Proven experience managing mission-critical or data center construction projects
Strong background in financial management, forecasting, and contract administration
Experience with design-build and GMP project delivery methods
Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills
Ability to oversee multiple project stakeholders and drive successful outcomes

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects
Manage project budgets, forecasting, contract compliance, and financial performance
Oversee project schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and quality programs
Direct project teams including Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Project Administrators
Negotiate contracts, subcontract agreements, and purchase orders
Manage owner relationships and maintain client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Support design-build and GMP project delivery
Ensure safety, quality, and operational excellence across all phases of construction
Lead project closeout and commissioning activities
