Your job is to bring clarity to the chaos and keep the project moving forward. You’ll be responsible for leading projects, owning outcomes, and driving jobs forward. You will manage multiple projects at once, communicate clearly, make decisions, and get results. You will take ownership of your projects from start to finish, be highly organized and manage multiple jobs without dropping details, communicate clearly with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members, understand that schedules, budgets, documentation, and follow-through matter, be comfortable making decisions and solving problems in real time, not wait to be told what to do next, take pride in creating a great customer experience, and understand that the behind-the-scenes work is what keeps projects profitable and on track. The mission is to create the standard in property restoration by restoring more than just homes. You need to have an eye for the bigger picture and how things fit together, be meticulous in your work, and understand the difference between efficiency and productivity.
