What this job involves: As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage and lead complex projects of many types including public K-Higher Education School projects. You will be a primary point of contact with our clients and take the lead on assembling and leading consultant/vendor teams Your innovative approach, collaborative mindset, and commitment to success will help us further strengthen our culture of collaboration and advancement. What your day-to-day will look like: Delivering exceptional project management services Managing and overseeing all aspects of projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution Collaborating with internal and external teams and third party stakeholders to ensure project success Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards Providing leadership and guidance to project teams, empowering them to thrive and excel Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their goals and objectives Championing JLL's values and culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and belonging Participating in new project pursuits Typically working on more than 1 project and for different clients. A mix of in office, on site, and hybrid work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.)
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably with significant Owner’s Representative/Manager experience
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience delivering public K-Higher Education projects in Massachusetts with municipalities and government agency clients is strongly preferred
  • Experience participating in new project opportunities including sourcing, proposal preparation, and interviewing with prospective clients.
  • Experience leading projects in other sectors including office, retail, industrial, multifamily and healthcare
  • Demonstrated experience in change management and driving innovation
  • Knowledge of construction processes and building codes
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • MCPPO/OPM Certification
  • OHSA 10 Hour Certification
  • CCM/ Certified Construction Manager
