About The Position
Elford is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead our Self Perform Concrete operations. This role is for individuals who have successfully managed large-scale structural concrete projects and possess the skills to lead teams, drive schedules, and deliver quality work.
Requirements
- 10+ years of construction project management experience.
- Extensive self-perform concrete experience on commercial, healthcare, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of concrete operations, scheduling, and cost management.
- Proven leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead self-perform concrete projects from planning through completion.
- Manage budgets, schedules, manpower, and productivity.
- Partner with operations, estimating, and field leadership.
- Develop and mentor field teams while maintaining a strong safety culture.
- Build relationships with clients, trade partners, and project teams.
