About The Position

We are conducting a confidential search for a Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee major construction projects exceeding $100 million in value. This role is critical to the organization’s continued growth and will involve managing high-profile projects, mentoring project teams, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Senior Project Manager will take full ownership of project execution, ensuring excellence in planning, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery. This is a leadership role suited for a seasoned professional who can drive performance while upholding the company’s standards for quality and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Proven track record managing large-scale projects valued at $100M+
• Experience in one or more of the following sectors: healthcare, higher education, manufacturing, or hospitality
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring and developing project teams
• Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, cost control, and contract management
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Stable career progression with a history of long-term tenures
• Preference for candidates based in or willing to relocate to the Nashville area
