About The Position

Salesforce is seeking a driven, highly organized contractor Project Manager to serve as the operational backbone of their Brand Insights, Strategy & Management team. This role is crucial for ensuring workstreams are moving efficiently, priorities are clear, and stakeholders are informed. The Project Manager will be responsible for driving the quarterly planning process, running weekly stand-ups, and preparing leadership for decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational instincts and excellent communication skills, enabling them to manage intake, prioritization, and delivery of projects. In collaboration with the team's Ops Lead, this role will bridge strategy and execution, ensuring key brand projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of project or program management experience, ideally within a marketing, creative, or brand organization.
  • Experience with Brand Insights, Brand Strategy, Creative Strategy, and Brand Management workstreams.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
  • Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders, including preparing materials and facilitating decision-making.
  • Comfortable owning a quarterly planning process end-to-end — from timeline setting to facilitation to synthesis.
  • Experience managing intake and prioritization processes across a team or function.
  • High level of comfort with Slack, Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs), and project tracking tools.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain momentum without close oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Track and manage key team workstreams, ensuring deadlines, owners, and milestones are clearly documented and maintained.
  • Maintain project trackers and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Build and manage project plans from kickoff through delivery with clarity and accountability.
  • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across teams; flag blockers or risks proactively and help facilitate resolution.
  • Organize talking points and agendas for weekly SVP-level meetings.
  • Take notes, capture decisions, and track action items from leadership syncs.
  • Draft and send executive-facing recaps and follow-up communications.
  • Help drive decision-making by ensuring the right context and information is surfaced ahead of meetings.
  • Lead the team's quarterly planning process, including timeline management, template creation, and facilitation of planning sessions.
  • Synthesize team inputs into a consolidated view of priorities, capacity, and commitments.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure plans are realistic and aligned with broader organizational goals.
  • Support monitoring and managing the team's intake channel, triaging incoming requests.
  • Work with the team SMEs to develop a consistent process for evaluating, prioritizing, and routing requests.
  • Maintain a visible backlog of work to support ongoing planning conversations.
