About The Position

The Senior Project Manager & Business Analyst leads complex, cross-functional initiatives from initiation through delivery while driving business requirements, process optimization, and strategic analysis. In this hybrid role, the position oversees project planning, execution, and resource management while analyzing business processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals. The role serves as a key liaison between stakeholders and project teams, facilitating organizational alignment and stakeholder engagement, and guiding implementation of business solutions that deliver measurable value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years in project, program, or portfolio management, including 5+ years managing enterprise portfolios in a matrixed environment.
• Demonstrated success leading portfolio governance, prioritization, and funding at the executive level.
• Strong financial acumen, including forecasting, capitalization, ROI/NPV, and benefits realization, and experience partnering with Finance.
• Proficiency with PPM platforms such as Planview, Clarity, Smartsheet, or Jira, and analytics/visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Expertise in stage-gate, change control, and risk management, with the ability to turn insights into decisions and actions.
• Exceptional communication skills, including crafting executive-ready narratives and facilitating complex, cross-functional decision-making.
