About The Position

At Diversified, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager (PM3) who can lead large, high-impact, multidisciplinary projects with confidence and precision. This role is responsible for delivering complex initiatives that require advanced coordination across multiple teams, stakeholders, and workstreams. You will operate as a senior leader within our Technical Operations delivery model, driving execution across Engineering, Fabrication, Field Services, and Operations. You will ensure that every element of the project is aligned, risks are actively managed, and performance expectations are consistently met. You will be responsible for establishing structure and discipline across your projects. This includes leading execution cadence, managing interdependencies, maintaining visibility into risks, and ensuring that teams are aligned and moving with purpose. You will also play a key role in mentoring Associate Project Managers and Project Managers, helping to elevate overall team performance. Financial management is a critical component of this role. You will oversee budgets, forecasts, and margin performance, ensuring that projects are not only delivered successfully but delivered profitably. You will proactively identify risks and take action to protect both schedule and financial outcomes. You will serve as a trusted leader for both clients and internal teams, operating with confidence, clarity, and accountability in high-pressure environments. Requirements

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a project manager in commercial construction trades or AV commercial settings.
  • Deep knowledge and experience with audio/video systems.
  • Knowledgeable of low voltage electrical projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Supervisory and people skills.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical, political, and people-related problems.
  • Great people leadership skills.
  • Strong financial background in project cost accounting.
  • High level of both written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate decision options to stakeholders and manage those decisions.
