About The Position

The Senior Project Leader Development is responsible for leading and coordinating technology projects within International Operations Technology & UCS. The role ensures compliance, optimizes systems, and manages incident playbooks and vulnerability reviews.

Requirements

• Strong project leadership and coordination skills.
• Expertise in incident management and compliance processes.
• Technical proficiency in Verint systems and related integrations.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead sessions for incident playbook updates and criteria remodification.
• Ensure timely communication of incident-related changes to stakeholders.
• Manage daily review of tickets (Verint and Genesys Cloud applications).
• Facilitate weekly sessions for Verint team and vulnerability reviews.
• Provide summary updates of ongoing activities to management.
