About The Position

The Senior Project Integrator Specialist will manage and deliver complex projects and activities related to Experimental Flight Test. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, establishing project scope, schedule, and budget, and working closely with technical experts, business leaders, suppliers, and customer representatives to ensure adherence and compliance. The specialist will identify and report on risks, lead risk mitigation planning, and participate in internal safety and security processes. Additionally, they will prepare and present visibility reports for various organizational levels and coordinate multi-site activities.

Requirements

• Engineering degree, or relevant diploma with equivalent working experience
• 10-12 years in project management or Aerospace
• Advanced knowledge of Project Management processes and principles
• Previous experience in development and certification Flight Test
• Professional attitude and excellent communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as foresight, accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to objectives and responsibilities
• Natural leadership and pro-active attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Self-motivated, autonomous, enthusiastic and results oriented
• Ability to work willingly and independently in a fast paced, challenging environment
• Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to make good decisions to move projects along to meet or exceed the targets
• Good computing skills (proficient in MS Office, specifically Powerpoint, Excel, and Project)

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver on time, complex projects and activities related to Experimental Flight Test
• Manage cross-functional teams in the establishment of scope, schedule and budget of projects
• Work closely with technical experts, business leaders, suppliers, and customer representatives to ensure adherence and compliance of projects scope, schedule, and budget
• Manage and establish methods related priorities between projects and activities
• Identify and report on risks and lead risk mitigation planning and execution
• Participate and/or coordinate within the internal safety and security processes to assess, contain, and correct potential product deficiencies with cross-functional stakeholders
• Prepare and provide visibility of budget requirement / resource allocation
• Prepare and present visibility reports for the various levels of the organization
• Coordinate and manage multi-site activities and remote participation as necessary
