About The Position

Manage and deliver complex projects and activities related to Experimental Flight Test on time. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish the scope, schedule, and budget of projects, ensuring compliance and adherence throughout.

Requirements

5 years of Planning/Project Management experience.
Advanced knowledge of Project Management processes and principles.
Experience in development and certification Flight Test.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.

Nice To Haves

A Bachelor's degree in engineering or business management.
5-8 years of experience in project management within the Aerospace industry.
Flight Test aviation experience is a plus but manufacturing experience is a must.
Professional attitude and excellent communication skills.
Natural leadership and proactive attitude.
Self-motivated, autonomous, enthusiastic, and results-oriented.
Effective problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and deliver on time, complex projects and activities related to Experimental Flight Test.
Manage cross-functional teams in the establishment of scope, schedule, and budget of projects.
Work closely with technical experts, business leaders, suppliers, and customer representatives to ensure adherence and compliance of project scope, schedule, and budget.
Manage and establish methods related to priorities between projects and activities.
Identify and report on risks and lead risk mitigation planning and execution.
Participate and/or coordinate within the internal safety and security processes to assess, contain, and correct potential product deficiencies with cross-functional stakeholders.
Prepare and provide visibility of budget requirements and resource allocation.
Prepare and present visibility reports for various levels of the organization.
Coordinate and manage multi-site activities and remote participation as necessary.
