Senior Project & Implementation Manager
About The Position
The Senior Project & Implementation Manager supports Contract Logistics and will be responsible for executing strategic growth initiatives, driving ATLAS program delivery, supporting product and vertical solution development, and leading key implementation and transformation projects globally. This role serves as a strategic partner to Contract Logistics leadership, ensuring initiatives are translated into actionable project plans, implemented successfully, and aligned with the company's growth objectives. The position will support the development of scalable Contract Logistics solutions, enhance operational performance, and advance AI-enabled business capabilities that improve productivity, customer experience, and decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Operations (required)
- 10+ years Logistics, Contract Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Warehousing, or Operations Management experience (required)
- 5+ years Project Management, Program Management, Implementation, or Business Transformation leadership experience with Global experience working across multiple regions and cross-functional teams (required)
- Ability to develop strategic planning and program management
- Ability to plan projects and implement management projects through completion
- Knowledge of supply chain and contract logistics operations including end-to-end supply chain processes, transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and contract logistics solutions
- Product development and solution design
- Must be able to analyze business process improvement and operational excellence
- Ability to collect data analysis, KPI management, and performance reporting
- Ability to lead and support change management and organizational alignment
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information to leadership and conduct presentation skills
- Understands financial and business acumen
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
- Ability to identify challenges, evaluate alternatives with problem solving and decision-making
- Understands the emerging technologies of AI, automation, and digital transformation concepts
- Understand the customer-focused mindset by supporting the customer to ensure satisfaction

Responsibilities
- Lead ATLAS strategy execution, annual planning, roadmap management, governance, milestone tracking, and executive reporting.
- Support Contract Logistics product development and vertical solution design, including value propositions, market materials, solution standards, and go-to-market support.
- Drive strategic implementation projects, customer onboarding programs, facility launches, operational transformations, and global initiatives.
- Support AI enablement, business process automation, analytics, KPI development, and digital transformation initiatives across Contract Logistics.
- Develop executive presentations, business cases, project status updates, and performance reviews for senior leadership.
- Partner with global business leaders, operational teams, product managers, and customers to align priorities, drive accountability, and ensure successful delivery of strategic objectives.
