In this role, you'll independently manage civil engineering projects of all sizes, mentor team members, and collaborate both internally and externally to ensure timely progress and accurate reporting. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality projects, shaping strategic direction, offering valuable input, and navigating complex engineering challenges with confidence.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in site development, including the design of residential and commercial subdivisions, utility systems, roadways, and public infrastructure
• B.S in Civil Engineering or related field from an ABET Accredited Curriculum or equivalent required
• AutoCAD and Civil 3D mastery required
• A Professional Engineer (PE) or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) license in the State of Oregon is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Project Design for Site Development
• Grading and Stormwater Plans
• Utility Systems for Water and Sewer
• Report Preparation and Master Planning Studies
• Preparation of Specifications and Cost Estimates
• Project Management Assistance: Budgeting, Schedules, Client Care, Invoicing
• Design team collaboration and support
• Roadway Design: Streetscape, Green Streets, Bicycle Path Plans
• Knowledge of Federal, State, City and County Standards
• Preparation of Specifications and Quantity Takeoffs and Cost Estimates
