About The Position

The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join the Boeing Defense Engineering Team on F-15 in Saint Louis Missouri. This role would support the Airframe Engineering team for F-15. Together, we will build a foundation of innovation and reliability that empowers Boeing to soar to new heights. Position Responsibilities: Coordinate with key team members to help align priorities and key activities Weekly and monthly meeting support – Staff, PMM, ECAPA, ECAB metrics generation and chart prep – 25% Maintain program trackers, calendars, and documentation to ensure consistent execution Monitor performance and assist control account managers with opportunities /risks, earned value management, discrete updates and variances Maintain the facilities and equipment plan for the Airframe Engineering Team Monitor airframe business execution metrics: CDRLs, staffing, on time release, Engineering first pass quality, noncompliance performance, Oobeya, various change boards, governance board, and more Manage updates for our Risks Issues and Opportunity reviews Lead project kickoffs, creation of BOEs, and senior Leader reviews Coordinate staffing with functional teams, maintenance of AP, and onboarding new teammates Support planning, coordination and execution of engagement programs (recognition, surveys, employee listening, virtual and in-person events) Draft and publish internal communications (i.e., emails, intranet posts, newsletters, etc.) tailored to local audiences This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Berkeley, MO. Travel may be required up to 10% of the time; Domestically and/or internationally depending on business needs. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim/Final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required. Potential signing bonus for eligible/qualified external candidates.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
• 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
• 3+ years of experience with Project Management
• 3+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership
• 3+ years of experience with business operations and/or business process improvements
• 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Products, or other project management tools
• Experience working directly with Engineering Teams
• This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim/Final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
• This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
