Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
  • 2–4 years of construction experience.
  • Strong understanding of construction documents, coordination, and project processes.
  • Proficiency in Procore, PlanGrid, Sage 300 or similar tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Manage core project functions such as RFIs, submittals, and document control with limited oversight.
  • Coordinate directly with subcontractors and field teams to keep projects on track.
  • Take ownership of specific scopes or phases of work.
  • Support cost tracking and change order documentation.
  • Help ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Assist in resolving project issues.
  • Contribute to process improvements.
  • Provide guidance to Project Engineers.
