About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Senior Project Engineer with solid construction experience who is ready to take on increased responsibility in project coordination and execution. The ideal candidate works more independently, supports both the Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager, and begins taking ownership of key project processes while helping guide junior team members. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
  • 2–4 years of construction experience.
  • Strong understanding of construction documents, coordination, and project processes.
  • Proficiency in Procore, PlanGrid, Sage 300 or similar tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Manage core project functions such as RFIs, submittals, and document control with limited oversight.
  • Coordinate directly with subcontractors and field teams to keep projects on track.
  • Take ownership of specific scopes or phases of work.
  • Support cost tracking and change order documentation.
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Assist in resolving project issues.
  • Contribute to process improvements.
  • Provide guidance to Project Engineers.
