About The Position

We provide custom solutions for new constructions and expansions, with a strong record in notable projects like Coors Field. This role involves leading and managing engineering and technician staff to successfully complete projects, overseeing structural design scope, and coordinating in-house and with other consultants. The position requires developing, monitoring, and managing project work plans, schedules, and design budgets. The Senior Project Engineer will serve as the primary point-of-contact for clients and contractors throughout the design and construction phases, and will develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans. Additionally, the role involves mentoring less-experienced staff, representing the company in project meetings, and actively participating in developing and maintaining client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET accredited engineering curriculum
• 9 years progressive engineering experience
• 1 year of professional experience equivalencies include a Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering, OR passing the 16-hour NCEES structural engineering exam
• Must be eligible to work for any employer in the United States, without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to work in the Denver area.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering and technician staff to successfully complete projects.
• Oversee structural design scope, coordinating in-house and with other consultants.
• Develop, monitor, and manage project work plans, schedules, and design budgets.
• Serve as the primary point-of-contact for clients and contractors throughout the design and construction phases.
• Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans.
• Act as a mentor and resource for less-experienced staff, assisting with their career development.
• Attend project meetings and represent our company during design and construction.
• Take an active role in developing and maintaining client relationships.
