This role coordinates and manages design firms as required, analyzes design changes on (Design-Build) projects or value engineering opportunities on (Bid-Build) projects. It also mentors, coaches, provides feedback and evaluates the performance of engineers, assists with management of project resource availability/efficiency, and provides project decision making/leadership in the absence of a Project Manager. Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree
8 years of engineering experience in heavy civil construction
