The Department of Economic Security, Appellate Services Administration, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional to join our team as a Senior Project Coordinator. The position is responsible for leading long-term and complex projects of considerable difficulty supporting executive level and department-wide priorities. In doing so, the incumbent will lead and manage resources supporting projects designed to identify, develop, and implement broad-scale changes that improve outcomes for Arizonans and the quality and efficiency of government. The role will lead the development and maintenance of programmatic performance dashboards to support performance reflection and problem solving. The results of these activities are used to reinforce accountability, recommend improvements, and facilitate decision making by management. Travel may be requested as needed based on the needs of the agency. This position may offer the ability to work remotely within Arizona based upon the department's needs and continual meetings of expected performance measures.
