About The Position

The Senior Project Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring end‑to‑end execution of assigned project processes within a complex, fast‑paced environment. This role is highly data‑centric and is responsible for coordinating activities across multiple internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that every required step in the process is completed accurately, on time, and reflected correctly in enterprise systems. The Senior Project Coordinator is accountable for maintaining system and data integrity, with a direct impact on project financials, reporting accuracy, and leadership decision‑making. This individual must be structured, driven, adaptable, and able to think critically, quickly grasping complex workflows and dependencies while maintaining a high standard of execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project operations, or PMO support roles.
  • Strong experience working in data-driven, system‑heavy environments (project management, ERP, or workflow tools).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate across diverse teams.
  • High level of attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Proven critical thinking and problem‑solving skills in complex operational environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with Sitetracker or similar project/program management platforms.
  • Exposure to project financials, cost tracking, billing, or accrual processes.
  • Experience in telecom, infrastructure, construction, or large‑scale deployment environments.
  • Advanced Excel or reporting skills; comfort working with large datasets.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage defined segments of the project lifecycle, ensuring all required process steps are executed in the correct sequence.
  • Coordinate daily activities across engineering, construction, vendors, finance, and internal operations teams to maintain project momentum.
  • Proactively identify gaps, risks, or breakdowns in process execution and drive resolution before they impact schedule or cost.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination to ensure alignment between teams and clarity of responsibilities.
  • Ensure all project data is accurately and consistently entered, updated, and maintained within project management and financial systems (e.g., Sitetracker or similar tools).
  • Validate data completeness and accuracy to ensure downstream financials, reporting, and forecasting are reliable.
  • Perform regular audits of system data to identify discrepancies, missing information, or process non‑compliance.
  • Partner with Finance and PMO leadership to resolve data‑related issues that affect billing, accruals, or cost tracking.
  • Support accurate project financial performance by ensuring milestones, costs, and statuses are properly reflected in systems.
  • Track progress against schedules and deliverables, escalating risks that may impact financial or operational outcomes.
  • Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide visibility into project health and execution status.
  • Analyze complex project environments and interdependencies to anticipate challenges and recommend solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality, and coordination efficiency.
  • Support the adoption of standardized PMO processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities, timelines, and project scopes while maintaining execution discipline.
