About The Position

The Senior Project Assistant supports the Senior Leadership Team in the execution of key business initiatives, projects, and priorities across multiple departments. This unique role blends elements of Project Management, Business Analysis, and Executive Support, requiring a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can keep projects moving, hold teams accountable, and help senior leaders execute effectively. The ideal candidate is confident, self-directed, and comfortable working with executives, managing competing priorities, analyzing data, coordinating meetings, and driving follow-through on important business initiatives.

Requirements

  • Exceptional note-taking, documentation, and business communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, lookup functions, and data analysis
  • Experience creating executive-level reports and presentations
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to hold peers accountable and drive follow-through on action items
  • Professional executive presence and strong business vocabulary
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working with senior leaders and confidential information
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and highly dependable
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of project, customer, and company information.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Business Analyst, Project Management, Executive Assistant, or Operations experience preferred
  • Public speaking and meeting facilitation experience a plus
  • Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, or additional hours when needed

Responsibilities

  • Attend leadership meetings, document discussions, and prepare recap notes and action items
  • Follow up with team members to ensure commitments and deadlines are met
  • Manage meeting logistics including calendars, scheduling, travel, and preparation
  • Develop spreadsheets, reports, and data analysis with limited direction
  • Create executive-level PowerPoint presentations and business summaries
  • Gather, organize, and analyze information for leadership decision-making
  • Support strategic initiatives and special projects across multiple departments
  • Assist senior leaders with operational, analytical, and project-related responsibilities
  • Help drive accountability and execution throughout the organization
