In this position you will drive and support project and portfolio planning initiatives to optimize and scale long‑range strategies. In addition, you will develop and coordinate project schedules and integrate master plans to meet program objectives. This role requires the ability to obtain and maintain Rad Worker qualification.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Rad Worker qualification.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP or other PM Certification.
  • Proven experience developing and managing project schedules and integrating schedules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in using production scheduling software and tools (Primavera P6).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (O365, Teams, SharePoint, Excel (VBA and Macros), Power BI).
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a high level of organization.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring major project, program, and portfolio schedules align across all business lines.
  • Tracking plans, conducting risk analysis, and resolving critical path and network logic issues.
  • Using Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management, and other tools to measure progress, spot performance variances, and focus attention where it’s needed most.
  • Preparing project performance metrics for reporting to upper management and customers.
