Organizational Context and Scope The United States Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP) operates globally, providing resettlement opportunities to refugees through a network of IOM-managed Resettlement Support Centers (RSCs), movement operations, migration health services, and associated program support functions. IOM Washington provides strategic oversight and direction for all USRAP operations, supporting global partners including the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration (PRM), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Refugee Processing Center (RPC), and other stakeholders. Under the general supervision of the Senior Programme Support Coordinator, USRAP, the direct supervision of USRAP HR Business Partner, the Senior Programme Associate, USRAP, is responsible for the following duties and responsibilities.
