About The Position

This position is awaiting contract award. We are seeking high-caliber Senior Program / Project / Management Analysts designated as Key Personnel to drive strategic program analysis, operational planning, and executive communications for the H-53 variants program at NAS Patuxent River. In this critical leadership support role, you will serve as a principal advisor, utilizing advanced analytical techniques to evaluate complex program objectives, cross-reference multi-million dollar budgets, and track high-visibility acquisition schedules. You will govern data management workflows and transform complex data into compelling, strategic narratives for executive-level defense stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Must possess or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Security Clearance to access the airfield and military installation.
  • Master of Arts (MA) or Master of Science (MS) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Over 10 years of progressive experience in program analysis, defense acquisition, or project management performing the functional duties described above.

Nice To Haves

  • 10+ years of demonstrated, combined experience across DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management.
  • Advanced-level proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, explicitly demonstrating the ability to build and manipulate pivot tables and pivot charts in Excel and develop polished executive presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to extract raw program metrics and translate them into strategic communication and storytelling products tailored for executive-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Apply advanced qualitative and quantitative analytic techniques to evaluate high-level heavy-lift program objectives, identifying critical-path constraints and delivering actionable mitigation strategies.
  • Gather, synthesize, and interpret pertinent programmatic info to build high-impact presentations, strategic communication plans, and executive briefs for senior leadership.
  • Critique and cross-reference cross-functional requirements, execution statuses, multi-year budgets, and integrated master schedules to provide comprehensive risk assessments.
  • Lead complex management, technical, or business case analyses to support structural program decisions, trade-off studies, and long-range acquisition strategies.
  • Enforce and optimize government-instituted processes for configuration change control management, official milestone documentation, and technical data management lifecycles.
  • Architect tracking frameworks for overarching program milestones, leveraging advanced spreadsheet utilities to manipulate data and present actionable metrics.
