We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our Marketing Applied Sciences team within General Motors’ Global Marketing Organization. This role will partner closely with p roduct, e ngineering, data science, a rchitecture, m arketing stakeholders and external vendors to drive the successful delivery of complex marketing and advertising technology solutions. In this role, you will be the operational backbone and execution support for a highly technical product area. You will ensure priorities are clearly defined, work is well-sequenced, dependencies are managed, and delivery is predictable and transparent. You will serve as s crum m aster, owning the operating rhythm across PI p lanning, sprint execution, backlog health, stakeholder communications, and vendor coordination. You will be a critical force multiplier for our Tech nical Enablement team , enabling us to focus on strategy and solution viability while you drive delivery excellence, team operations, and cross-functional alignment. You will be successful in this role if you thrive in ambiguity, are able to navigate competing priorities with diplomacy, and have a builder's mentality.
