About The Position

The Senior Program Manager - German Market role is responsible for ensuring program execution within compliance with specifications, performance requirements, schedules, cost commitments, and internal policies and procedures. This role involves reviewing project performance against milestones and budget, coordinating technical project activities, evaluating project risks and developing mitigation plans, and supporting technical, cost, and schedule aspects of proposals. The position also requires discussing alternative solutions with customers, including contractual changes, and providing after-sales technical support solutions. The role involves travel up to 10% of the time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of work-related experience.
  • Experience in managing internal expectations and communication with all stakeholders and management.
  • Technical knowledge of engineering terms in German.
  • Experienced team leader and people manager.
  • Experience managing technical projects.
  • Good organizational and leadership skills.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Advanced user of MS Office including MS Project and scheduling software.
  • German knowledge is mandatory (Written and spoken.)
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills both in French and English.
  • Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada Reliability status and Secret Level 2/NATO Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities
