The Senior Program Manager will support cost and schedule reduction initiatives, provide program-level acquisition support, and analyze program health to advise leadership. Responsibilities include developing program status briefings, contributing to RFP development, reviewing acquisition documents, and preparing statutory and regulatory reports. The position requires implementing acquisition processes, providing program management expertise per DoD directives, identifying policy disconnects, and advising on best practices. Support for acquisition strategy development, risk assessment, scheduling, and funding document preparation is also key. The role includes overseeing MPE system development, evaluating ECPs and RFPs, correlating EVM cost reports, and providing guidance on DoD directives and AFI policies. Additional duties include supporting mission planning, independent validation, and identifying acquisition policy gaps.
