About The Position

The Senior Program Manager will provide strategic leadership and oversight for the Annuity Modernization Program, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives, managing complex dependencies, and driving value realization across all workstreams. This role requires extensive experience managing complex transformation programs across large enterprises.

Responsibilities

  • Translate strategy into a clear future state, measurable outcomes, and a multiyear roadmap.
  • Develop transformation charter, case for change, and outcome maps.
  • Lead initiative prioritization by value, feasibility, risk, and capacity.
  • Develop business cases, funding requests, and investment decision frameworks.
  • Design and facilitate governance models, decision-rights matrices, RACI frameworks, and escalation protocols to enable timely, traceable decisions.
  • Ensure business, technology, data, process, change, and release plans are integrated and actively replanned.
  • Manage critical path and dependencies.
  • Develop benefits realization plans, executive dashboards, and KPI scorecards.
  • Lead value reviews and corrective action planning.
  • Establish reusable methods, playbooks, templates, and continuous improvement practices.
