About The Position

The Senior Program Manager – Technology Implementation leads the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex technology implementation initiatives that support customer operations and strategic business outcomes. This role serves as the central point of coordination between customers, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure technology solutions are implemented effectively and aligned with customer requirements. This position requires a strategic and delivery-focused leader who can translate customer needs into actionable requirements, guide cross-functional teams through implementation milestones, and maintain strong stakeholder alignment throughout the program lifecycle.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• MUST RESIDE IN the United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply.
• 10+ years of program and people management experience, leading multiple teams.
• 6+ years of experience with release and configuration management of IT projects.
• 5+ years of experience supporting federal clients on IT / software projects.

• M.S. in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience managing complex programs, technology implementations, or large-scale initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to gather customer requirements and translate them into actionable technical inputs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple delivery timelines.
• Experience supporting large-scale technology or systems implementation programs.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid program delivery environments.
• Strong organizational and strategic planning skills.
• Experience with low-code, no-code platforms such as Salesforce, Appian, and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of technology implementation programs from initiation through deployment.
• Develop program roadmaps, implementation schedules, and delivery milestones to ensure successful program execution.
• Monitor program progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks that could impact delivery timelines.
• Gather, analyze, and document customer requirements to ensure solutions meet operational and technical needs.
• Translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear inputs for engineering and development teams.
• Ensure alignment between customer expectations, technical capabilities, and delivery timelines.
• Serve as a primary liaison between customers, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to clarify requirements, resolve implementation challenges, and maintain program alignment.
• Provide consistent communication on program status, milestones, and risks.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure successful system integration and deployment.
• Support collaboration across technical and business teams to maintain delivery momentum and quality outcomes.
• Establish and maintain implementation frameworks, delivery tracking mechanisms, and communication cadences.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and program delivery models.
• Own the coordination and execution of implementation programs that require alignment across customers, engineering teams, and internal delivery stakeholders.
• Ensure customer requirements are accurately translated into technical execution plans and that implementation milestones are met through structured program management and proactive stakeholder engagement.
• Improve delivery consistency, reduce implementation risk, and ensure technology solutions are deployed effectively to meet customer needs.
