Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Health Care Administration, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
  • 2 years of work experience in healthcare, PBM, specialty pharmacy, or health care consulting
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
  • Ability to work in a largely self-directed environment
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to anticipate issues and develop innovative solutions
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Assist with development and execution of operational plans for strategic or operations programs and initiatives
  • Work closely with various business units, cross functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of initiatives
  • Conduct analysis, design solutions, and monitor performance against metrics
  • Engage with leaders to develop business cases to support new program opportunities/enhancements and performance target metrics
  • Other duties as assigned
