Be part of a transformative effort to improve the health and well-being of rural communities across Indiana. Our client is leading Indiana’s 5-year Rural Health Transformation Program, including the Make Rural Indiana Healthy Again Regional Grants, a historic $600M investment to strengthen healthcare access, prevention, and system resilience across 64 fully rural and nine partially rural counties. This initiative brings together state leadership, healthcare providers, and community organizations to design and implement solutions that reflect local needs while advancing a shared, statewide vision for better health outcomes. This is a high-impact role focused on expanding access to care through telehealth and teleconsultation, helping rural communities connect to timely, high-quality services through sustainable and scalable delivery models. As the Telemedicine Program Manager, you will lead the planning, implementation, and ongoing management of statewide telehealth and teleconsultation initiatives that support Indiana’s rural health transformation efforts. In this role, you will work across clinical, technical, operational, and policy teams to help expand access to care, improve quality, and support compliant, sustainable telehealth programs. You will manage program execution under the direction of the telehealth and teleconsultation initiatives lead, while coordinating vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure strong performance, effective governance, and continuous improvement. This role requires strong project leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex, high-visibility initiatives with multiple stakeholders, evolving requirements, and meaningful public health impact.
