About The Position

The Senior Program Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of City Brewery’s strategic digital programs across enterprise-wide, cross functional teams. This role will collaborate with business leaders across all functions to determine and fulfill technology and system needs. The Senior Program Manager plays an integral role leading City Brewery’s Digital Transformation plans by working directly with executives, IT teams, and end users to enable successful program management with a forward approach to change management ensuring success and adoption. This position will be responsible for the full life cycle of program and project management from initiation through deployment using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. They will be responsible for the strategic and tactical level planning of projects/programs and for the successful delivery of key initiative outcomes that achieve operational priorities. This includes ensuring deliverables align with the applicable scope, timeline, budget and achieve the expected long-term benefits of the entire program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with focus in Information Technology, or equivalent related business experience
  • 7+ years of experience leading enterprise or global technology programs
  • Demonstrated ability to develop multi-year program roadmaps and execute against them, including phasing, dependency management, and benefit realization
  • Full lifecycle deployment experience with enterprise business applications (ERP, CRM, HCM, WMS, MES), including at least one implementation from selection through hypercare
  • Proficiency with program and project management methodologies (Scrum, Agile, Waterfall) and the tools used to plan, track, and report on them
  • Familiarity with formal change management frameworks such as Prosci or ADKAR; certification a plus
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting and presentation
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience with process mapping and business improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma and SIPOC
  • Working knowledge of master data governance, integration patterns (API, middleware, iPaaS), and reporting and analytics dependencies
  • PMP or CPM certification a plus
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the year

Responsibilities

  • Delivers multifaceted IT programs across different technology areas like infrastructure, cyber, business applications, or collaboration and productivity platforms
  • Provides day-to-day leadership to cross functional program teams, operating with a high degree of autonomy
  • Builds and maintains the program plan, defining phase deliverables, milestones, schedules, resource and role assignments, and cross-workstream dependencies
  • Drives day-to-day execution, assigning tasks, evaluating risks and recommending contingency plans, resolving issues, and ensuring quality of program deliverables
  • Governs vendors and systems integrators within program scope, including SOW development, staff augmentation, milestone tracking, and deliverable acceptance
  • Creates, delivers, and maintains a Communication Plan throughout programs
  • Serves as the voice of the employee in change management activities, providing visibility to end user impacts
  • Leads business application deployments through the full delivery lifecycle: requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration versus customization decisions, system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination, data migration, cutover planning, and post go-live hypercare
  • Secures business process owner alignment and support on target-state processes, role ownership, and business readiness criteria prior to go-live
  • Ensures a high quality training and adoption approach is in place, including training plans, super-user networks, and adoption and hypercare metrics
  • Tracks program financials and performance against plan, including budget versus actuals, resource forecasts, and business case and return on investment
  • Ensures change control, segregation of duties, and applicable SOX and food and beverage regulatory requirements are met for all system changes
