We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior Program Manager to join our Mental Health Services team in caring for our community’s most vulnerable children. The ideal candidate will be committed to improving the systems that support children's healing and growth. The incumbent must be passionate about caring for our community's most vulnerable children and continually improving the system which supports their healing and growth. The Clinician I position will be a vital support for her/his own clients and will work within a clinical team. This position is an opportunity to affect change in the lives of children while working at a 100-year-old organization dedicated to the highest quality of care. There will be ongoing focus provided to learn effective treatment theories and skills from our team of highly experienced professionals in the field. The Clinician I position supports all of our services with primary responsibilities concentrating providing services to children, youth, and families.
