Focus of role is on execution of a program initiated to deliver a change in the strategic direction of business function activities; expansion of critical business capabilities or implementation of cross business unit regulatory change. Leads others to solve complex problems. Uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions. Impacts the achievement of customer, operational, project or service objectives. Work is guided by functional policies.

Requirements

  • Leadership and organizational skills are required to determine the Program’s goals, structure, budget and resource need
  • People Management skills to assess and develop the skills of staff.
  • Strong team work skills to drive execution without direct reporting line responsibilities
  • Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field
  • Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services
  • Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view
  • Seasoned expert with program/project management expertise that has been developed over 15+ years of experience.
  • May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity
