About The Position

Amazon QuickSight is a decision intelligence service for the AI era, used by thousands of enterprises and millions of knowledge workers to connect data, generate insights, and take action. The service is at an inflection point where structured data analytics, natural language interfaces, and agentic AI are converging. This role is for a Senior Technical Program Manager to own and drive complex, high-impact programs across the QuickSight service, focusing on the data foundation, embedded analytics, ISV enablement, and adoption strategies. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, possesses deep technical judgment, and can effectively guide multiple engineering teams toward a shared customer-centric outcome. This is not a role for managing status reports, but rather for being the connective tissue between product vision and engineering delivery, defining program strategy, resolving architectural bottlenecks, negotiating priorities, and making critical trade-offs to ensure timely delivery of the right solutions. The programs driven will significantly impact how enterprises discover opportunities, improve productivity, and accelerate their businesses. This is an opportunity to own programs at the forefront of data, AI, and enterprise software convergence.
