The Enterprise Imaging Senior Program Manager is responsible for leading operational execution, governance, and contract compliance for strategic Enterprise Imaging partnerships and programs. This role serves as the programmatic owner for Statements of Work (SOWs), Master Relationship Agreements (MRAs), milestone tracking, financial administration, vendor governance, risk escalation, and executive-ready reporting across the Enterprise Imaging portfolio. Reporting through Business Development, this individual partners closely with Product Management, Operations, Solution Architecture, Vendor Management, Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure partnership commitments translate into measurable operational and business outcomes. Role Mission: Drive disciplined partnership execution by ensuring vendors and internal stakeholders deliver against contractual commitments, milestone acceptance criteria, financial obligations, operational readiness, and commercialization objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program management, project management, contract management, vendor management, or direct equivalent business leadership experience
  • 5+ years of healthcare technology, healthcare IT, digital health, medical imaging, or related healthcare services experience
  • 2+ years of vendor management, partner management, supplier governance, or strategic alliance operations experience
  • Experience tracking contractual deliverables, milestones, acceptance criteria, compliance obligations, budgets, invoices, and operational performance metrics
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization with stakeholders across product, operations, financial, legal, technical, and commercial functions
  • Proven solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with executive, operational, technical, and vendor audiences
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and drive accountability without direct authority
  • Ability to travel periodically (less than 10%25) for vendor meetings, program workshops, customer or partner governance sessions, and internal team events

  • Enterprise Imaging, PACS, RIS, VNA, cardiovascular imaging, pathology imaging, imaging informatics, or related healthcare software experience

  • Experience with contract lifecycle management processes, SOW governance, master agreement administration, or vendor performance frameworks

  • Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Salesforce, SharePoint, or equivalent program and portfolio management tools

Responsibilities

  • Own operational management of Enterprise Imaging partner agreements, including SOWs, MRAs, amendments, renewals, and associated governance activities
  • Establish and maintain contract compliance tracking mechanisms that clearly define obligations, deliverables, milestones, acceptance criteria, owners, due dates, and approval requirements
  • Coordinate with Business Development, Legal, Finance, Product, and Vendor Management to support contract execution, modifications, renewals, and risk reviews
  • Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation for contract artifacts, milestone sign-offs, decision records, and vendor commitments
  • Lead cross-functional programs supporting strategic Enterprise Imaging partnerships, integrations, operational onboarding, and commercialization initiatives
  • Develop and manage integrated program plans that define scope, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, acceptance criteria, and stakeholder ownership
  • Drive milestone acceptance processes and obtain formal stakeholder sign-offs required for contractual, operational, and financial commitments
  • Facilitate governance forums, milestone reviews, business reviews, and leadership updates with clear agendas, decisions, action items, and follow-up
  • Manage contract-related budgets, invoices, funding commitments, payment milestones, and financial tracking in partnership with Finance and Business Development leadership
  • Validate invoice timing and milestone alignment against contract terms, acceptance criteria, and documented approvals
  • Support business case tracking, financial reporting, and operational performance visibility for active partner programs
  • Identify opportunities to improve vendor performance, execution discipline, operational efficiency, and governance consistency
  • Proactively identify legal, financial, compliance, operational, vendor, and delivery risks that may impact partnership execution or commercialization outcomes
  • Develop mitigation plans, drive issue resolution, and escalate material risks to the appropriate leadership forums
  • Ensure vendor deliverables and internal workstreams remain aligned with contractual commitments, business objectives, launch readiness needs, and customer expectations
  • Provide concise executive-ready status reporting on program health, risks, dependencies, decisions, and required leadership actions
  • Drive collaboration across Business Development, Product Management, Operations, Engineering, Solution Architecture, Vendor Management, Legal, Finance, and Go-to-Market teams
  • Influence stakeholders without direct authority to maintain momentum, resolve ambiguity, and drive accountability across a matrixed organization
  • Support partner onboarding, operational transition planning, commercialization readiness, post-launch governance, and continuous improvement activities
  • Lead multiple concurrent partner and program initiatives while balancing competing priorities, resource constraints, and changing business needs
