About The Position

Nebius is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager, Startup Ecosystem to drive execution across Nebius’ startup-driven initiatives, transforming ecosystem strategy into high-impact, scalable outcomes. This role is central to the company's ecosystem efforts, responsible for the end-to-end delivery and coordination of key initiatives within the Startup & Venture organization and broader Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. Reporting directly to the VP of Global Startup Ecosystem, this position requires operating as a strategic planner and executor, not just a traditional project manager, to ensure ecosystem efforts are structured, aligned, and executed with rigor.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in Project management, Program Management, GTM operations in tech companies
  • Strong executor with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and bringing structure to fast-moving environments
  • Deep understanding of the startup and VC ecosystem
  • Deep understanding of GTM and pipeline generation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in project management tools

Responsibilities

  • Lead End-to-End Execution of Strategic Initiatives: Drive execution of key ecosystem initiatives across the four core pillars within the Startup & Venture organization. Own timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables from concept to launch to post-mortem. Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with strong attention to detail and quality. Ensure initiatives are executed in a structured, repeatable, and scalable way.
  • Ecosystem Orchestration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Own alignment across ecosystem initiatives and GTM motions to ensure cohesive execution across teams. Act as the central orchestrator across Sales, Marketing, Verticals, BDR, Channels, Product, and regional teams. Ensure initiatives are not run in silos, but as part of a coordinated, multi-touch system. Align timelines, messaging, and target accounts across initiatives to maximize impact. Drive execution cadence, follow-ups, and accountability across stakeholders. Identify overlaps, gaps, and sequencing issues and resolve them proactively. Remove blockers and ensure initiatives move forward efficiently.
  • Translate Strategy into Execution: Work closely with leadership to operationalize ecosystem strategy into clear, actionable project plans. Break down ambiguous goals into structured workflows, milestones, and ownership. Bring rigor, clarity, and accountability to execution in fast-moving environments. Ensure consistency in how initiatives are planned and executed across teams and regions.
  • Enable Pipeline Through Ecosystem Initiatives: Partner with internal teams (Venture, community, industry), Sales, and BDRs to ensure initiatives are designed and executed to support pipeline generation and deal acceleration. Ensure clear ownership and handoffs across teams and improve visibility and coordination across the funnel. Track how opportunities are sourced and progress across stages. Identify breakdowns in conversion and engagement. Align with GTM teams on target accounts and quarterly priorities, consistent messaging and outreach across touchpoints. Continuously refine how ecosystem initiatives translate into high-quality, well-coordinated opportunities.
  • Project Operations & Execution Excellence: Define clear success criteria for each initiative, including delivery against scope, timeline, and quality, stakeholder alignment and satisfaction, and adoption and engagement. Establish strong project governance and execution cadence, including milestone tracking, status reporting, and risk management, with clear ownership and accountability. Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies to improve workflows, coordination, and cross-team collaboration. Standardize processes to increase scalability and repeatability. Build playbooks and best practices to ensure consistent execution across initiatives. Continuously improve the speed, clarity, and effectiveness of delivery.
