Your Work Matters As the Senior Program Manager of Sales Enablement, you’ll design and deliver programs that equip our sales teams to win. Your work ensures every seller has the training, tools, and resources to move deals faster, elevate customer conversations, and make a measurable impact on revenue. You’ll shape the way our sales organization learns, grows, and performs—helping Floor & Decor achieve its bold business goals.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, sales operations, or quota-carrying roles.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Proven ability to create training materials and deliver live or virtual sessions.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
  • Comfort collaborating cross-functionally and influencing at all levels.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design, and sales enablement tools (Highspot, Seismic, Showpad, Gong, Lessonly, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Designing and delivering comprehensive onboarding programs for new sales hires.
  • Developing advanced training focused on product knowledge, messaging, competitive positioning, and sales methodologies.
  • Building and maintaining a robust library of sales collateral, playbooks, and one-pagers.
  • Partnering with Marketing, Product, Finance, and HR to align enablement programs with strategic goals.
  • Optimizing sales enablement platforms and evaluating new tools to boost team productivity.
  • Tracking adoption, measuring effectiveness, and making data-driven improvements to training content.
