The Sales Enablement Program Manager will be a high-energy builder and executor of all components off GTM enablement at Redpanda. They will partner with GTM leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Partners to develop and deliver all onboarding, training and enablement programs. The ideal candidate has created enablement programs before, is adept at working cross-functionality with many teams on content creation, and is comfortable presenting enablement content to the field.
