About The Position

Success requires strong organization, critical thinking, and collaboration using tools like Workfront and Microsoft Office. The Senior Program Manager is primarily focused on running quality improvement programs. USFHP, sponsored by the Department of Defense, serves military members and their families. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business, or related field, OR 4 years in Program Management or leadership experience in health plan operations
• 5 years experience with program management or healthcare management
• Strong organization
• Critical thinking
• Collaboration

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree in related field
• 2 years experience in health plan process improvement
• 2 years of Communication and Marketing experience
