Whole Foods Market is seeking a sharp, driven, and analytically minded Sr Program Manager to join our Pricing Strategy team. You will own the evolution of our pricing strategy program — translating pricing science, market dynamics, and business performance data into strategic recommendations that shape how we price for our customers. This is a high-visibility role with real impact from day one. As AI and other macro themes accelerate the pace of our work, you will help define what's next for pricing strategy at Whole Foods Market. You will bridge what our Pricing Science team can provide with what Category Pricing and Merchandising teams need — influencing leaders on pricing rules, guardrails, and strategic direction. You will develop multi-year outlooks, guide tool development, and direct and coach 2 analysts while maintaining hands-on analytical depth. We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in retail merchandising and pricing strategy who can operate at both the detail and strategic levels. They extract meaningful insights from complex data, build partnerships across teams, and drive change through influence. They distill complex findings into concise narratives for a range of audiences. Pricing strategy is a strategic priority at Whole Foods Market.
